The effort that the Management takes in the course of journey of an Employee whether in any segment - sales , technical , administration etc . Transcon is a very rewarding company and the Linkedin Profile of Transcon gives out all the required data . Apart from yearly recognition , every small achievement is celebrated here . Dislikes

The only thing i dislike is that the Directors are sometimes too much lenient towards employees who act like pests inside the organization . Too much of time is provided to these people , too much of guidance is provided to non performers which is not a good thing . leniency is good but here people misuse it to the hilt . Rest everything is good as on date .
