The company does not have any work culture nor does it follow any systems that it can boast of. The management has lost faith of employee(s) and people work only because they get paid on time. No structure for training new joinee(s). No clarity on work allocation. Nobody, even Vice-President, want to take any sort of responsibilities for taking decisions. A company without any Audit System is more appalling. Pathetic exit policies. HR is trained to talk sweet before joining and they do not even bother to respond post seperation of employee....Read More
