The company does not have any work culture nor does it follow any systems that it can boast of. The management has lost faith of employee(s) and people work only because they get paid on time. No structure for training new joinee(s). No clarity on work allocation. Nobody, even Vice-President, want to take any sort of responsibilities for taking decisions. You don’t even get your resignation after resigning. Nothing good in working in Transasia, they will exploit you in work. Don’t give any incentives . No worklife balance, very bad management .
