Unwanted rules and regulations. Please provide clean desk, proper chairs and hygienic washrooms to employees. Owner's cabin is cleaned on daily basis but employee desk is not cleaned since last 4 decades.

Employee desk should be cleaned atleast once in a year. Unbearable smell in office and washrooms.

All HODs are selfish and crooked. They target new joinees to play politics and save their job. Skill wise they are outdated and incompetent. In this company only juniors work and while seniors rest. Shouting at juniors and blaming unnecessarily is very common here. Inter departmental conflict is routine. No data sharing between departments. No email or behavioral etiquette. You don’t even get your resignation after resigning. Nothing good in working in Transasia, they will exploit you in work. Don’t give any incentives . No worklife balance, very bad management .
