Company is fastly growing in global market and every year company profit is also increased. Therefore they are giving the good hike to the employee & company managment is also changed, So this is learning for down the level.

Dislikes

They are giving the good hike to all departments every year (excluding Accounts & Finance). The big issue there is horrible traffic. Sakinaka to chandivali to JVLR and all. Rest company is good for future.

Never join in Finance Department. One of the worst culture with no freedom to work. For doing smallest thing you have ask multiple people. There is no process for anything, records are in a mess and nothing goes right. Everyone play blame game and point fingers to others.
