The firm is a family run business. It has wokings and wordings of a firm but its a sole proprietorship. Its policies are made in a way to be beneficial for the owners and adverse to the employees. First they will keep first month salary as security, then try to overburden you and fire you to keep that money, then after completion ofagreement time, the last month salary will also be kept as security and the final settlement of 2 month salary will happen after completion of 2 months from the dated of No-Dues certificate, which includes work assigned to you and any corrections to be done in it, even after termination of employment. After 2 months, the process of payment will start and till when it will go is not specified. In the final settlement, money will be deducted for unsatisfactory work and any issue they can think of.
