Because inside the Branch,only those above BM are run and no one else,nor are there any rules and regulations in the Branch and even without giving any information,the employees him outside and BM and above not supported

Work culture is not good and office timing is very bad no time came from office .

Dislikes are nothing but i would kindly suggest to higher authorities to run some feedback sessions online for bottom to till 3 level of positions.

Nothing to like in Tradeindia now days, management is decided to deduction in to the employees salary. They don't know how to talk with candidate, they are not professionals and ll treat you like bounded labour. Fast paced environment, High pressure job, No work life balance (9:30 Am to 8:00 PM even need to work on Sunday most of the time), No Job security, Unnecessary salary deduction.
