Dislikes

Very strict timings to be followed, 9AM to 7PM work. Almost 10 Hour in office to be spent without exception. Even 1 min delay is considered as a big crime and getting reported at management levels.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
