They give lot of commitments and ask to join. They don't have any clients but they will say all the good clients they are supporting and team is big like that. They will ask to get clients and once we did that they will take care of the clients and increase our targets to make sure that we step out of the organisation. If we are not stepping out voluntarily they will give so many fake reasons to leave. Only 2 partners really not sure why those 2 are such coward on the industry. 6 months once appraisal so no worries like that they will hire so that they can offer less ctc. After 6 months they doesn't want to rise so they will ask everyone to leave who demands hike. No professionalism. Racism in the same of language they will show in office always (they want only their people to grow) few important positons only those kind of people to be sourced. Lot more to say. And they want only female employees to be hired...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
