I real proud to say I am happy to work in TKM, they will give lot of opportunities to learn new things in working place.

But I am disappointed about no job secure for me I can show my working way with my own talent they will give good feed back also, then I am already work 3.5 years in Toyota groups but I disappoint about that.

It's a very good company to work as a employee of Toyota Kirloskar Motor. Because they have the very good work culture for only the employees of Toyota. Having a good facility of canteen cab and women safety. Employees treat you in good manner. They support you in work.

As I worked as contract basis in Toyota, my payroll is Cadmaxx solutions Pvt Ltd. They don't have respect for contract employees. Security and Canteen people doesn't respect you properly. They'll treat you like person came to do work with no other options. They if you are contract employees or out sourced employee you don't have jobsecurity. They can remove whenever they want to. They need work on time but they don't even care about your career if you are contract employee. I lost my job due to my managers ego I still don't know what I have done wrong.
