I haven't seen a toxic work place like this in my life, The managers here are so toxic and micromanage each and every thing. If one collegue decides to sit till 10pm the whole team of 6 people are asked to sit in the office. You need to come on time but when you leave you need to ask the manager if you can leave or not and they ask you to work for 12 hours a day and there is no overtime pay as well. It's the worst company I have seen in the market. Management is impoverished. Every time and every day they insult. Very very toxic environment. Career opportunities are zero. No job safety. Mostly in this company favourite culture are there. HR is not supportive. Unprofessional behaviour is very high especially management not taking care of team members. No overtime is given. Skill development is zero. My manager is not happy with me because I am not asking every day which reason she forces the HR team and senior manager to terminate his employment.
