Colleagues (not management) are helpful. There's a fair amount of job security. Lunch break. Canteen food has become better. Nearby Railway station

1) No work life balance. 2) Management does not provide any path forward for major critical issues. The only solution they give is that stay till 8 pm and come on Saturday, the issues will get solved automatically. 3) Saturday is holiday however you will be requested to come to office even though there won't be any work. Head count is required even though if you don't perform. 4) There is no vision for company’s growth from higher management. Management only works so that their pockets get filled from external sources. 5) Politics drives the organization. 6) Lobbies are created in all dept and people part of the lobby are promoted. 7) If you go on tour, reimbursements of the expenses takes around 2-3 months to be credited in your account. 8) Reporting is too extensive.. Same data is shared in 10 different formats just to please the parent company. 9) Salary is below par of market range. 10) There is no scope of learning new things.. Here user fairly environment to workout on variouse projects. Getting big challanges while working with team on various projects due to challanges our skill have developed. Many activities are organize the toyo for there employees. I am happy with TOYO

Dislikes

Toyo have toxic work culture, you might get targeted by politics. You will not have personal life particularly if you are in piping department. Your in time is fixed but out time may be 10/11 sometimes I have returned home after 12 AM also.
