The company teaches you to swim in an ocean because of the hefty amount of work. If you wish to learn no will stop you.

Dislikes

The culture is too patriarchal. Does not believe in women empowerment and stuff like that. Does not match even the market standards. The management believes that only engineers contribute in the company's revenue and not the Finance or any support function does.
