The annual appraisal is good in toyo as compared to the industry.

Dislikes

Toyo have toxic work culture, you might get targeted by politics. You will not have personal life particularly if you are in piping department. Your in time is fixed but out time may be 10/11 sometimes I have returned home after 12 AM also.
