Salary and appraisal disappointed me.....I joined as a nursing supervisor on 31000 although I didn't get in salary increament till 2 years .....when I was on resignation period end of the 2 year....I got increament.......big disappointment...

I like the apollo hospital very much.work life balancing and duty hours management is little bit challenging but I love to work there.I have gained lots of memories and appreciation there.The team I worked with is really a good and relaxing experience for me.My seniors taught me a lot and helped in the place wherever I need in a kind manner.I also had lots of benefits there including low fees hostel benefits.My first working place I won't forgive and forget that place.My overall experience is good and nice if I got a chance to work there again I am pleasure to work🤗☺️....Read More

I have totally 8yrs experience in apollo,over all experience 11.1/2 yrs,iam working as a acting charge nurse,here iam doing hard work,I never get any negative feed back from any of one,actively I participating in councils also,I don't know y still iam Registerrd Nurse,here they wont encourage working people.

Wife and husband both together working is not a fare in one hospital and giving more importance to them..Being a nursing head should be treat everyone same and giving more preference to malayali incharge(vibin)and his wife.. recently she joined in Apollo secunderabad as a register nurse with in a month's she become a incharge because of Vibin.. and both are malayalis this is how more favouritism and there so many experience staffs are working...there is no recognition and motivation for senior nurses...my sincere request to not to allow wife and husband working in the same hospital ...there is no action for raising incidence against nursing head and it has closed internally then what is the need of incident reporting system the hospital.....Read More

Till 2020, Apollo hospital bhubaneswar was a top quality hospital in terms of patient care, services, operations, employees job satisfaction. But after the current DMS took over, things have changed to worse to worst day by day. Patient satisfaction, services, operation have come to a steep low. DMS is busy throwing out employees who have given their 10-15 years to the institute with full dedication for no valid reasons. I have worked there for 13 years for very low salary. My salary was static for 5 years consecutively. DMS even deducted 2 days salary each months for 3-4 months. When I asked he told "I have no idea ask HR". When I enquired at HR I got to know that it was DMS's orders. He even threatened me that he has many CV s to select from if I want to move on. This response I got after giving my 13 years of youth to this institution. Now I am well settled in another hospital with a very good package. I have a very good work life balance now. Thank God I decided not to work under that DMS ( Alok Srivastava). Now a days daily Apollo hospital bhubaneswar is in the news for wrong reasons. All other big hospitals in the city are far ahead in terms of revenue generation, pt care, services, operations. I don't know how the higher management is tolerating the current DMS. Not only myself, many senior employees including doctors are under immense stress to save their position. May God bless Apollo hospital bhubaneswar bhubaneswar. Prior to 2022, the organisation had extended a good environment and opportunity to learn from.

The company's induction programme is a bull.shit where examples of long serving employees are shown. Whereas Apollo, Bhubaneswar is not hesitating to lay off it's productive employees without proper justification. The HR doesn't even have any clue, they are tongue tied and act upon as per the unit head's order, if not then their jobis at threat. Employees who have given 10-15 years of their life when they were young ,in setting up the organisation. The hospital in return layed them off without any justification. Worst ever leadership and management. Very much toxic environment since 2022 in Apollo, Bhubaneswar. Bullying and harrasment is a common practice in the hospital. Some of the idiot sycophants are ruling the hospital making the environment toxic for others to work. Sheer Talabani rule prevailing in the hospital. The worst work culture you can find somewhere that is in Apollo. Managers don't behave like managers, but housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff are more responsible, well behaved, organized than the managers, HR, or ops team & training. The training dept needs training itself. Managers need to be managed. And the culture of work seems to be more like a club house than an office. The company is too horrible, there is nothing to like about anything.
