It's very good experience working with towell group,here i got freedom of work,having a job security, disciplined work culture,bunch of professionals, company policies about work and worker are also adequate.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't interfere in it.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Technical exposure is amazing. Company gives opportunities to take new challenges in work, which helps us grow as a competent leader in our field. During pandemic time, no salary deductions have happened. Work from home facility is given. Even in office is completed disinfected with temperature checks of each employee along with mandatory mask and gloves. Seating arrangement is done with social distancing. I work as Project Coordinator, handling over 4-5 projects with day to day monitoring of material, tools and equipment requirement and issues. Part of work includes interaction with other departments and presentation to Management.

Teammates are young and talented, good opportunities for freshers, all the site staffs are very energetic and supportive. Management is dynamic. Will have good career growth in a short span of time...

Supporting department are overloaded on all the projects, everywork becomes priority at one point of time. Some decision needs to be taken to avoid indirect losses. P&M needs to be strengthened in terms of resources and site administration needs to be strengthened since Work stops mostly due to breakdown of equipments and non availability of drivers....Read More
