Touchstone is one of the fakest company in Chennai and Bangalore ,Being asked to work 24/7 or 12+ hour days without any additional pay is definitely a red flag. Employees should have a reasonable work-life balance, and if overtime is required, it should be compensated accordingly they don't do it ,Cutting salary and accommodation when there are no projects is a concerning policy . This can create financial instability for employees and reflects poor management practices.The possibility of being fired without warning adds to the lack of stability and can cause significant stress for employees who are just trying to do their best at work....Read More
