TOTO INDIA HR is very poor(minus mark),They do their job only for formalities, PPT purpose. Interdepartmental team is good, but overall HR and Management is poor, Yes there is job Security 100%,but no entertainment. Also they talk about uniformity but not followed the same, In TOTO other o/seas factory there is 5 days working butTOTO India is 6 days working...Why..is this Indians are fools??
