DisLikes: New SSC Head Sushma Amin created a toxic work culture, micromanagement at highest level, autocratic personality and will take decisions as per her suitability, making senior management fool everyday. All SSC employees report to her which makes the situation more difficult, ultimately you are under her toxicity. Be cautiousand think twice before you join as HR/European managers only trust her in terms of feedback and she believes in saving money, manipulating actual communication to management according to her benefit, exploiting people for her own self interest. European management is excellent and always does best for people. SSC India culture is bad due to her. Please note -- No transport facility, No canteen/meals, snacks facility, No reward, No increment, No growth, No learning opportunity, No other perks and benefits, Zero opportunity to learn as SSC head now making this a fresher's centre of excellence (to save money and delight management) so you will not get guidance from experienced professionals. Cost cutting practices at highest level, wherever required. Don't want to invest in employee's increment but ready to pay lakhs for big office space which remains empty 4 days in a week. Major Client having contract till 2028 And till 2026, other small clients in AMEA region. No major layoffs by management till now.
