Pathetic company and their super imaginary targets which they have themselves never ever seen or achieved. It's a lala company. Do not waste your time and energy. CEO comes in visit and sits full day waiting for shift to end and then calls for 1 hour meeting extending the shift without paying money for the same. He is un- professional and lacks English communication and insults people who speak better English than him or his managers....Read More

Your designation is just a name you will handling they say they many offices in India while interviewing you and same written on there website but they have only 1 office in India that's in Delhi. I worked with this company per COVID for almost 5 years. Amazing mentors, great learning and growth opportunity. I have rejoined the company after COVID and of course have been promoted.

There is a work pressure, but I believe that is for good as sitting idle is a wastage of time and pressure helps you to know your best skills.

The Management is kind and understands the need of the employee. They listen to everyone and have an open door policy. After the Covid Hit, they are back in Market again with lot of jobs and business prospectus. A very positive environment to work in.

Dislikes

there is nothing that I dislike in the company. Salary is on time, Holidays and Leaves are there even short leaves and work from home is there. It is a fixed shift job, so no late sitting. so, i didn't find anything negative till now.
