Work life balance is miserable. HR Management is not good. No proper technical or skill development. Company only concentrates on output. No motivation and appreciation and no team outings

Work Details

I worked in DT engineering team for 6 years. Team manager concentrates only on output. He is a monarchy. The timelines were very narrow that I worked for extra hours almost every day. Even after working I didnt get appreciated for I have done.
