Nothing is in HR hand. All small decision from MD. Who's very very rude if you know him closely. Don't go with HR commitment. They change company policy at a moment if you getting benifit according to current policy. If you have an option definitely go for that.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
