Job security in company is fix as its get contract of 20 years from different state discoms. working culture in company is better but HR are highly interfere in the operation department as well as they are very rude. They have not taken proper care of their employee speciaaly GET in lockdown period of Meal. We faced this problem lot. They allot any department without taking employee view.

I have worked for the bhiwandi location.I started as a fresher ,work culture and learning both are good only if u get a good department.work life balance would be excellent for a person who is working in non technical department.for technical u have to work in shifts.

Dislikes

Work place would be horrible for bhiwandi location.there will always be fear of getting beaten by crowd.so if you have worked in the field this site will give u a new experience.for a fresher it will be little difficult to work.
