Everything is a good in this company but person who are working from last 10 years, so they have make a local politics, So Management need to terminate such person and recruit new persons from outside gujrat.

Work assignment policies. Poor alignment between departments. Weak operations and management. Post Covid, coffee breaks and breakfast times shortened so much that you have to literally run through floors to get it on time. Admin staff has created jail system for employees.

Very less incentive structure vs heavy per man productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.

High office politics, high mental stress due to favouritism approch by Department HOD, They play hate politics with good employees, there is no appreciation and no value of your good work, site management not interested in any changes for improvement in current system and work culture, HR management is silent in all situation and support only HODs instead of supporting good employee of organisation. Work environmet is totally irritating and frustrating just because of office politics specially in QA department. Other wise everything is good and organisation is also beautiful like that no one wants to leave it but unfortunately good employees leave this beutiful organisation within short tenure like 01 or 02 years only due to mental stress by office politics and it harms the reputation of this beautiful organisation. Now a days they are also acquiring the out side culture. What I want to say is Sri UN Mehata sir has set some values and ethics and the same legacy is continued by Sri Sudhir Mehta and his brothr. In 3rd generation I am not finding any moral values and ethics.
