Everything is a good in this company but person who are working from last 10 years, so they have make a local politics, So Management need to terminate such person and recruit new persons from outside gujrat.

Work assignment policies. Poor alignment between departments. Weak operations and management. Post Covid, coffee breaks and breakfast times shortened so much that you have to literally run through floors to get it on time. Admin staff has created jail system for employees.

Very less incentive structure vs heavy per man productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.

There is too much dirty and cheap political culture, especially in HSE. Executives face unnecessary harassment, and success often depends on constantly pleasing your boss. If anything changes after I leave the company, it would be a miracle for Torrent.
