1. Review meeting taken on weekly basis but no action taken by management. 2. There is lots of cost cutting in the company; still GETs are hired. 3. Employee below manager level had very less salary and they were complaining about it; no action has been taken from our side. 4. Appraisal of employees are not been written by reportingmanager. 5. On festival they told us to not take any gift from contractor but they are giving gift to govt employees. 6. There is no policies for hiring and firing of employees. 7. Nothing feel at any point to like this company. There are senior person's thinking too cheap and harassing, mentally torcher to juniors. They have ignored the juniors work and wrong information/review provide to top management.

The only thing to like about the company is the job security it gives and salary is credited on time on the last working day of the month.

Working at Torrent Gas has provided a great deal of bummer stated below in the points:- 1. Career Growth/ Salary hike - It is very slow in this company. To say even tortoise is faster than these two said terms. 2. Work Environment - It is just gruesome. The people in the company are itself not clear about what to do. They are just doing that Akshay Kumar special course "ITUS". Search google for more explanation :D. 3. Innovation - Whenever you want to try/give a new suggestion to do a said task, the seniors in the company just curb you or rather push you down into the ground. 4. Integrity - Seniors talk about integrity but they themselves are shady. When you try to do something with integrity, they just constantly bitter you daily with harsh words. 5. Politics - I think there is great exposure to politics in the company. A person can easily practice office politics here and can join later in government politics. 6. Work-Life Balance - As per HR Policy, it is seen that there is great work-life balance but in reality, it is just totally opposite of the same. We are constantly reminded that we are in great company but taking leave is just a whole new tiresome task. In the end of the day, you just wish that you have not asked your managers for leave.
