... Torrent Gas has provided a great deal of bummer stated below in the points:- 1. Career Growth/ Salary hike - It is very slow in this company. To say even tortoise is faster than these two said terms. 2. Work Environment - It is just gruesome. The people in the company are itself not clear about what to do. They are just doing that Akshay Kumar special course "ITUS". Search google for more explanation :D. 3. Innovation - Whenever you want to try/give a new suggestion to do a said task, the seniors in the company just curb you or rather push you down into the ground. 4. Integrity - Seniors talk about integrity but they themselves are shady. When you try to do something with integrity, they just constantly bitter you daily with harsh words. 5. Politics - I think there is great exposure to politics in the company. A person can easily practice office politics here and can join later in government politics. 6. Work-Life Balance - As per HR Policy, it is seen that there is great work-life balance but in reality, it is just totally opposite of the same. We are constantly reminded that we are in great company but taking leave is just a whole new tiresome task. In the end of the day, you just wish that you have not asked your managers for leave. Sarcasm - *Otherwise, despite all these points, the company is truly a great company with a very balanced work-life, good salary, integral values.* If you totally want a scent of very little satisfaction, it is very exciting to join in here.

Human welfare is negligible in this company, politics every corner in this company, No benifits given for Hard work person even working on odd hours , Salary in Hand was very less comparative to other CGD company, Promotion given to those who are good in Gujarati.

Only small charity comes in your pocket on time for eat, sleep and come to office.

...ives and GETs are paid very less. Staff also talks with employee in rude manner. Company does not want to spend single penny on employees who work hard day and night they just want give salary to Manager,AGM and GA heads. Even the employees are hired at very cheap salary are always given warning of termination. Worst worst and worst company

1) Salary Cutting is More 2) No Skilled persons 3) They Don't recruit Skilled persons with Good salary instead they recruit GET'S because 2 GETs=1 Executive 4) No Mid day meals 5) No transportation 6) Employee engagement is very less 7) No proper Office 8) Work Pressure 9) no salary Increment 10) Less Work Appraisal 11) No Proper Management 12) No Proper HR'S 13) Many are Resigning and Many Vacancies If you get a chance to work in this company Don't join and Spoil Your Life,My Suggestion

...e language openly at floor with very juniors like me. threaten to beat me up. 4. Salary has no structure they give you different amounts in every month. 5. Forces you to work in shift otherwise resign. 6. Admin & CR cum HR are highly corrupt, uses company resources for personal work. junior employees like me were forced to travel in auto and bus. 7. if you hurt their ego they take revenge and post you in very remote areas. 8. No promotion policy unworthy people get promoted. 9. Do not join this organization, they have some sort of agreement with other cgd, you will nt get a single call from other companies.
