Low salary, poor promotion. Departments are not fix as per the qualification, they transfers to any department without asking the employee. Toxic work culture and lot of work pressure. No learning, no skill development. No employee benefits, nothing.

Only positive rating is given by those who are Manger or above it because they are heavily overpaid. Executives and GETs are paid very less. Staff also talks with employee in rude manner. Company does not want to spend single penny on employees who work hard day and night they just want give salary to Manager,AGM and GA heads.
