Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Where you will be working 24*7 because plants run 24 hrs and if there is any problem in a plant you need to visit them even it’s Sunday or any holiday or any time if you don't then your management forces you. - zero skill development since you will be already occupied with this.

* Managers: They are very bad. Specially, Marketing Manager, he is a bit egoistic about himself. Company will always blame you, Managers, MD, will make you feel very bad about yourself. Your seniors will always taunt you, if you answer something wrong. They don't know life outside Morbi and will never allow you to work on your free will.
