The company has good leave policy where all leaves are encashable as well as carried forward. Very talented pool of engineers, some best in the industry who love their jobs and the company a lot.

Company will view your performance totally from the eyes of your manager, even if you are working so if you are not on good terms with your manager you are finished 3.old employees believe Topsoe is second to none but reality is that Topsoe isn't growing as much as it has the potential. 4. Senior leadership has no clue about employee engagement

Topsoe is a place to learn technology and engineering. It has easy access to most documents for all employees.

Dislikes

It doesn't have standard way for a individual growth. Growth of an individual is purely dependent only on the immediate manager. Spirit of topsoe is lost in the long run especially in Indian offices.
