I worked in instrumentation department earlier things are good when HOD is handling but new manager is not good he is having no plans for team members assign anything to anyone who are close he promotes them even they are not technically sound. Even at maker level peoples are less and senior guys dont want to do maker activities no support at different levels. Now lots of politics is there as everyone wants to make points and those who are working are loaded with works . It's more like work is being done on time but by few people's.
