The Company is not using the latest technology. No record is updated in the system. There is no job security. Company policies are not good. Work culture and management is also very poor.

Dislikes

Salaries are not paid on time and employees are removed without any notice period. Full & final settlement are not done of the employees.

Work Details

Every day there is work pressure and employees are fired for any simple reasons.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Office is located in forest area so late sitting was meger problem.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
