One of the worst place to be, Sr. VP does not know to manage a team and does not know sales process. Does think like a local vendor and owner. management is least bothered about employee retention and their career plan just wanna through out hard working employee and keep lickers around. Does not wanna recommend any person to join the organization a worst place to stay or work.

Top management does not allow constructive growth plans just believe in hire and fire as well does not believe in hard work. Just want people who show that they are working and praise the management around. Does not have a personal life, what can we say that a HR cant stay in the organization for more than 6 months so what can expect from other departments.
