The attrition rate at toppr is very high.they don't value their employees.they think only of money.there is no work life balance.you are bound to work for 14 hours a day.the behaviour of the superiors is unprofessional.i suggest anyone to clearly ask about the job description and timings before joining toppr.i would not suggest toppr as a better work place.the tasks are routine.if you to learn something from your work.this is not the right job for learning and upgrading new skills.toppr is one of the worst organisation I know about...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
