It's a fast-paced environment where you'll learn a lot as a fresher. You're encouraged to work with a sense of urgency, which will definitely benefit you early in your career. The learning opportunities are great, and the management is open to hearing your opinions. I've worked with the best managers at TopHire, and the upper-level management is always receptive to your input.

Dislikes

Nothing major, but the work can be hectic on some days, considering this is a startup. However, you'll gradually learn how to prioritize better and manage tasks efficiently to save your bandwidth

There's nothing to not like about working at TopHire. Suppose you love a good balance and are highly ambitious and goal-driven. In that case, the company provides you with many opportunities to prove yourself, and their support is truly great.

Dislikes

The only downside is that TopHire restricts itself to IT roles. Maybe in the future, we can also help with hiring folks outside of the IT industry, but still remain a niche market.

There are some important life skills I've learnt at TopHire. A sense of urgency, ownership, clarity of thought, are some of the most important ones apart from the learning curve I've experienced. I have been able to push myself to do better because I have seen the kind of results we are able to generate if we go the extra mile. The environment is supportive and encouraging, and I have utmost regard for the people I've worked with so far, since we're all collaborative. It creates an open culture and I know I voice my opinion to the team. The work at tophire is exhilarating; the compensation structure is definitely higher than the standard once you start growing. As a small startup, we need to push ourselves and that's exactly what's required at TopHire. It's nothing different than what another small startup wouldn't expect.
