Working with Top Syringe Manufacturing Co Pvt Ltd Mumbai is not satisfactory. The salary is not paid in time it is paid after 3 to 4 months. There is no salary hike or bonus. Company policy is not satisfactory.

Management is not good. The salary is decent but never paid time. The salary is paid after 3 to 4 months.

Work Details

The job is interesting but because of the company's policy of paying salary after 3 to 4 months puts all the employees in hardship. There is other benefits such as bonus, annual increments, PF, gratuity medical etc.

My work is challenging as i have to look after entire stores activities, packing of finished good as per customer requirement, dispatches, preparing of reports etc.
