nothing to say about this company, I haven't found such a company yet to work. culture, ambience is also poor spcl. in Mahajan Mills branch. toiletries are the worst part again, canteen facility is deadly. thank god for the vada pav wale uncle. The Cafeteria is massive enough for 10 to 12 people food, overall employee strength is just 140-180 in the office. either you need to wait for your turn or else you can die with your hunger. No PF facility and insurance for employees are applicable. Managers (Team Leaders )are not having Etiquette. if you have your own two-wheeler you need to struggle every day for getting park your vehicle. if you want to make money u can make it but the work-life for an Employee is just worst.no sick leaves, no holidays even on 26th Jan & 15th Aug, so kindly forget about the festival holiday in this case.
