There's nothing to like about the company but I had good bond with few of my colleagues who used to work with me, other than that there's nothing to like about.

Dislikes

I will mention the dislikes point by point, 1. The office timing is 9 to 6 which is nearly about 9 hours with 1 hr break with a clause that employees can only use 40-45 mins of their break time, not the entire 1 hr because using the restroom and going to fill your water bottle also comes under your break time. 2. The managers here are puppets, they don't have the freedom of taking any single decision within the organisation. Their main role is to do micro management at the workplace. 3. I know this is common at most of the workplaces but still I'm mentioning this, most of the times the decisions which are taken are biased and in the favour of manager's and boss's favourites. 4. The salary isn't justified at all for the amount of work pressure they put on employees. They'll ask you to do everything possible for a bare minimum salary. Increments and appraisals are a myth here. 5. There's no proper hiring procedure, people who are working here normally don't belong from the relevant background as that of the job role they're doing. 6. The entire vision of the company is to hire cheap labour and get the work done at minimal cost and when the time comes for an increment or appraisal just ask your employees to leave....Read More

payment- man they give lowest payment for a QA As a QA you have to do here - requirement understanding, explain to dev, discuss with non-techs, customer call, issue resolve, etc every saturday you have to work 9-6 timing no tea coffee nothing no holidays on durga puja, diwali, gandhi jawanti, etc no growth at all manual stricly work

Owner as no vision and mission. Work culture is terrible. U r not supported if u work good and specially the Food manager I don't know what her mission and vission are 🤣....she takes unnecessary descisions. And yes the company do not have any cafeteria . Softwares are also not updated.If anybody wants to upgrade oneself they must switch

Very pathetic work culture, especially the manager who doesn't know anything about industry and work culture,also food department manager doesn't have any knowledge she doesn't deserve the manager designation, don't know how organisation select this type of people and appointed as a manager 😁😁..she is only running the owner cabin every 30 minutes interval and than she come back and instruct his junior do this ,do that . The worst environment of the company manly the manager over there she is a female manager of food &farm she doesn't have any ethic how to work with her colleagues.How to behave with them. She itself is living a worst life .so she wants to make hell life of others as well .Kindly change the manager of Food And Farm then only it can grow .
