You cannot gain 1 year of experience as they will shift you to different department before that. Management doesn't respect the employees. Phones are kept away from you during working hours,you are not allowed to takes phones outside even when on break. Parking space is an open field,with no shed. No holidays on Durga Puja, Christmas, New Year Co-curricular room available (Table Tennis),but if you play you will be showered with work load. No canteen, coffee machine. Eating area is too congested. Often there is a powercut,that hinders your work....Read More
