Very very bad in culture. Actually here is no work culture. Some illiterate and political people are ruling this industry.

Dislikes

The people who actually know the job, they don't get their place or position. The people who don't know anything about film, they are working in the industry by lobbying. Management is totally corrupted.

Work Details

There is no work life. If I can perform senior level task, they force me to do junior level job. No opportunity to progress in farther life.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
