Company culture is very nice and employees have enough flexibility to work. Salary is on time and good work life balance. Only few persons those are promoted as manager with no team manage experience are creating conflict in the team and offices. Rest all good and it's small but stable organisation with only Noida branch in India.

Dislikes

Should have more refreshing activities in the office. No gifts less promotions.

Excellent company to work for. Job security is great. Management is proactive. Company policies are employee friendly. Management is open to feedback.

Because the size of the company is relatively smaller. The focus is currently on improving the technical ecosystem and size of the team is small. Because of which you will find different range of people.. Ranging from smart & intelligent with awesome interpersonal skills..
