Its a company that can build you internaly with skill ideas working approach and so many things...environment of working is good...managers are supportive but lower to them are not as they are..overall surviving depends on you..but to see a industry closely its a better option to start your carrer

Job security is only main issue here...if you are not working as per their requirement you cant imagine which is your last day...even after probabation...
