There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

They expect you to work during lunch hours and even after 6. Constant comparison with other colleagues and the seniors are super harsh. Everybody who has been working there from before I joined are planning to leave and have advised me to do the same.

1- Seniors are disrespectful towards the employees 2-favourtism is practiced and promoted 3- We are not allowed to take breaks when it is required 4- Constant comparison with colleagues. 5- They are setting unrealistic targets for employees to fulfill.

Seniors, managers everyone was way too helpful and made the work understood extremely well. Such colleagues isn’t easy to find.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
