From starting in June 2023 till now, I've covered a long path at Tjori. I remember my performance then and the improvement I've made throughout this time. From good to great, I have enhanced my abilities. The guidance given by the team lead has helped me focus on major and minor details. He is an expert and has made genuine efforts to help me be like him.

Dislikes

As of now, there is nothing that appears to be negative in this company.

Likes

Having observed it for a while now, I'd say that Tjori is increadible. This company has given me a steep learning curve. There have been many opportunities, allowing me to take on challenging work. I am satisfied with all my responsibilties here. I've been exploring different aspects of my role. It has all been a superb experience.

Dislikes

Though the office is clean, pest control isn't done within the premises every month.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. Iearnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the se team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
