All the management department was completly selfish persons , specially project manager . Every month i had to face salary deduction issue , Deduction in TA & sometimes didnt transfer TA after making promises while we were going outside delhi NCR . I had working for two years in the company still i didnt get any appraisal or increament i my salary . No fixed week offs . Not even a fixed salary date . Such a cheap environment . Many of our teammates facing salary issues on monthly basis. No one was there to resolve their quiries . In my opinion Titiksha is one of the wrost company I had ever work with till now .
