I thinking, there is nothing like learning in the company So my suggestion is that company should have something like Training session for all employee.

All the management department was completly selfish persons , specially project manager . Every month i had to face salary deduction issue , Deduction in TA & sometimes didnt transfer TA after making promises while we were going outside delhi NCR . I had working for two years in the company still i didnt get any appraisal or increament i my salary . No fixed week offs . Not even a fixed salary date . Such a cheap environment . Many of our teammates facing salary issues on monthly basis. No one was there to resolve their quiries . In my opinion Titiksha is one of the wrost company I had ever work with till now . Infact they don't issue experience letter to their employees during the time of release of the company....Read More
