Contract role employees not converted ONROLL.. Really very expected for ONROLL job for Titan, but not considered. Pls consider for based on the performance and year of Experience. Lot of employees expecting for ONROLL job..

Dislikes

Off roll employees conversion to on roll it's not possible. This is only my side. Very poor people company consider and give the opportunity to permanent job. Ex: More than 3 yrs worked temp emps Request convert to permanent role. Otherwise all fine.
