I was an employee in Titan for 1 yr from 2019-20 as a customer relationship officer... This was my first job in my life. But I am shocked how the company which is under Tata behaves like that...Compensation and benefits are really more than enough but the worst thing I would love to say the politics inside of it... As we were just CRO of Titan we were hired for there benefit only then they are calling it Tata surveillance lot more opportunities after this job! And what happen after 1 yr in the time of pandemic me and my other 66 colleagues lost their job wow!!! Now they are jobless and so do I..I saw other tata employees are also doing their job and they are getting well paid during this situation... If I am telling wrong visit Kolkata camac st office ! They gave us 3months advance money to shut the mouth of their employees! And what was their reason to give us resignated?Company cant afford to give us salary the brand which is under tata sounds interesting isn't it ! Sorry to say I have started hate retail industry and those who were my supervisors ! Till the last day they didn't even informed anyone of us that we are gonna loose our job. And please stop politics and take some good educated persons in your brand who can atleast write a spelling without an error in the store !!!...Read More
