I have been associated with Titan more than 2 decades and am proud to be part of. Titan is making good quality product in various life-style segments. Getting into more segments year on year. Also, Titan helps social environment through various CSR activities such as educating girl children, providing scholarship for poor children etc,.

Dislikes

Salary, Profit sharing and increments are superb even in the difficult period. Some time we may have to work round the clock. However, which are recognized by appreciation mails.

Am working for finance, will be supporting the business as well. Handling the area of costing the product, valuation, profitability working, inventory holding etc.

Here I am working in R&D team, where I have to develop the new alloy materials with novel properties. We have the freedom to come with innovative ideas and work to implement them. Teammates are from different streams, working on various automation and products quality improvement projects. They are very supportive and make the environment innovative

Dislikes

The only problem in the organization is that middle management is really bad. They neither have the technical knowledge nor the power to take the decisions to take the projects to the next level. They just follow up and create unnecessary pressure on their subordinates.
