I like to interact with people which is part of learning as well. Thinking out of the box is one of the concept which I learnt from here.

Dislikes

I dislike the discrimination which is being given to girls than boys. Environment friendly campus is quite innovative thinking but sometimes people need to understand the concept of artificiality.

Hectic at the start, but eventually it becomes boring if you do the same kind of job everyday.

Even though there is a glossy picture outside about the company, it gives hardly opportunity for employee for learning and development. Beurocracy is there at senior level and thus very limited opportunity for youngsters. People who are productive and assertive tends to leave the organisation in a span of 3-4 years.

It was exciting for initial 3 years, post that a strong feel of stagnancy made me leave organisation.

The culture of Titanians are best among any companies.. The way senior management drives the company wide objective of sharing and caring among employees is truly amazing and very professional.

Being Titanian was always makes me proud.. I always look forward every day as new day to learn, face challenge and get satisfaction of being a contributor to my organisation. (never bored of doing routine job)
